Our default currency for all quotes. Using USD keeps things consistent and easy to compare across your entire treatment plan.
MXN
Mexican Pesos
Also Accepted
We hold a MXN account and are happy to accept pesos. Quotes given over the phone in pesos are approximate — the exact final amount is calculated using the official bank rate on the day of your payment.
The MXN/USD exchange rate is looked up on our bank’s official page on the same day you make your payment — it is not set in advance. For reference, a typical rate is approximately 20 MXN per 1 USD, though this will vary on the day.
We do not quote in Canadian Dollars, Euros, or any other currency. For your own reference, we recommend using your bank’s official conversion rate.

- Cash is welcome. Please be aware that due to Mexican government tax regulations on cash transactions, cash payments do not qualify for any additional discounts. You are completely free to choose this method — we just want you fully informed.
- VISA · Mastercard · AMEX
- Credit or Debit cards from these networks. No surcharges or processing fees of any kind.
- Bank Transfer
- You may send any amount by bank transfer — not just the deposit. We recommend doing so at least 10 days before your arrival to allow time for funds to clear. We charge no fees on our end; however, your own bank may charge a wire fee — please check with your institution beforehand.

Booking Confirmation & Deposit
$ 500 USD Deposit
To officially hold your appointments, we require either your flight tickets or a $500 USD deposit — your choice. Both options are outlined below.
No fees on our end for deposit payments. If sending by bank transfer, your bank may charge a wire fee — see Section 2.
Someone else can pay on your behalf — a family member, partner, or friend is welcome to cover your deposit. The same documentation requirements apply.
Two Ways to Confirm Your Booking, Choose One

Option A
Flight Tickets
Send us a copy of your confirmed flight itinerary showing your travel dates to Playa del Carmen. No deposit required with this option.

Option B
$500 USD Deposit
Send a $500 USD deposit by bank transfer or card charge. A short authorization form and valid ID are required — your coordinator will send you everything.
Both options are equally valid, just let your coordinator know which you prefer.
Documentation Required When Sending a Deposit (Option B)
- Request the authorization form from your coordinator — they will send it to you directly
- Complete, sign, and return the form along with a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.)
- If a family member or third party is paying on your behalf: the same form and ID requirements apply to the person whose card or account is being used
- The name on the authorization form must match the name on the ID — a standard security step that protects everyone involved
When Is Payment Due?

Before Your First Visit — Booking Confirmation
Send either your flight tickets or $500 USD deposit to lock in your dates. If paying by bank transfer, please send at least 10 days before your arrival to ensure funds clear in time

After Your First Appointment — Full Balance
Full payment for your treatment is due after your first appointment. This allows us to confirm and schedule all remaining visits in your plan without delays.

Remaining Visits — All Set
Once payment is confirmed, your full treatment schedule is locked in and you can focus entirely on your smile journey.
At this time, we do not offer financing or installment payment plans. All payments are processed in full as described above.
Your Quote & Pricing Transparency
Understanding Your Quote
All quotes provided prior to your visit are to be considered reference pricing, not final quotes. They reflect the best available information at the time of your consultation. Quotes may or may not include an expiration date — an expiration date is applied when a specific promotion is active; otherwise, no date is set. Either way, all pricing remains subject to possible change.
If adjustments are needed — whether due to updated promotions, seasonal factors, or findings from specialized diagnostic tests at the clinic — your care team will always walk you through the reasons before anything is confirmed. There are no surprise charges, ever.
Special Discount for Canadian Patients
10% Canadian Patient Discount
Exclusively for patients presenting a valid Canadian passport in person
- This discount is available to patients who present a valid Canadian passport in person at our clinic. It cannot be applied remotely or included in advance quotes.
- The discount is applied at the clinic during your visit — not reflected beforehand in any phone or email quote.
- Final payment is processed in USD or MXN at the official bank exchange rate on the day of your transaction.
Promotions & Discounts Policy
One Promotion Per Patient, Per Visit
All specials and discounts are subject to coordinator acknowledgment
- Promotions Must Be Acknowledged by Your Coordinator
- Any promotional pricing or special discount applied to your treatment must be formally recognized and confirmed by your assigned coordinator. Promotions not acknowledged in your quote are not guaranteed.
- Promotions Cannot Be Combined or Stacked
- Only one promotion or discount may be applied per patient, per visit. Special offers, seasonal discounts, and patient-specific discounts (such as the Canadian passport discount) are mutually exclusive and cannot be added together.
- The Clinic Determines Which Promotion Applies
- If more than one discount or promotion appears to apply to your situation, the clinic reserves the right to determine which one is used. Patients cannot select or request a specific promotion to be applied over another.
Example
Canadian passport discount + seasonal promotion cannot be combined, only one will apply. Your coordinator will always clarify which discount is being applied to your quote and why.
