Second visit for my wife and I. We were there 3 years ago and back this time for routine cleaning, x-ray and evaluation. Very honest and excellent work. All staff were very compassionate and understanding. They seem to be very busy on Mondays doing their evaluation and are very flexible scheduling follow up work thru the week. I just did a laser teeth whitening while I was waiting for my wife to get her crowns installed and what kind I say just Wow! The service you get here is amazing from the beginning to the end. They are fast, professional. State of the art equipment. My dentist was kind and very competent. My teeth were never so white and at fraction of what it would have cost me in Canada. I just can't say enough about how happy I am with the work and care I have been provided! From the airport pick up to check in at the tower suites , the suite itself , reception , my dental team , management etc…all have been super professional and friendly. My husband has also decided to have some work done and they started the process while we were here by fitting him in somehow.

All I needed was 2 dental implants and a crown. A1 took really good care of me and my daughter too. Giving us transportation to and from the airport and back and forth between our accommodation and their clinic. Everyone was friendly while offering excellent professional service. I had a great experience at A1 Smile Design. I was a little skeptical about leaving the country for medical care, but I searched for the best one in Mexico and trusted the other reviews. I've had a wonderful experience at A1. Everyone here is kind, thoughtful, and very professional.i loved to stay above in The Tower, very clean rooms, with microvaves, electrick stove and other usefull items to prepering food, but honestly there many restaurants around with good prices so need to bother with cooking.Public beach is about 5 min walk , and ferry to Cozumel Island.Highly recommend it.
